Four new appointments at SignFab UK

SignFab (UK) Ltd has a strong ethos of promoting from within and has announced four well-deserved, new appointments. From left: Shaun Laing, Mike Holland, Ashley Hall and Alex Wood

Shaun Laing and Ashley Hall from production planning have officially been promoted into Production Manager roles.

Shaun says:

“I’m really looking forward to embracing new challenges, building on the role and striving to improve the customer experience.”

Ashley adds “I am excited to work on the new challenges that the position will bring and see this as a great opportunity to extend my knowledge and to grow this Management role in a fast-paced business”.

Managing Director, Paul Bartholomew, adds:

Shaun and Ashley have developed their skill set brilliantly during their length of service with us and are now chomping at the bit to add more variety to their day-to-day roles”.

Alex Wood and Mike Holland have been promoted from Departmental Supervisor to Works Managers covering the two sites, Scudamore and Byford Road, respectively. With over a combined 37 years of service to SignFab, alongside their undeniable ability, Alex and Mike were the standout choices for the roles.

“What a great opportunity to step up to the next level, bringing skills and ideas used from running the Assembly Department. Our goal is to bring a fluid, organised working link between the two factories,” Alex remarks.

Mike adds:

I feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to progress my career further and hope to aid the continuous success by improving quality and consistency across all departments.”

Paul concludes, “The promotions given were due to the hard work and commitment that they offer SignFab. My fellow Directors and I wish them all the very best and success in their new roles.”
