InkTec sees the first sale of the new large-format hybrid following its European debut at Sign & Digital
The JETRIX XAR320-Hybrid Printer made its European debut at Sign & Digital UK in February, leading to its first sale. The large-format printer captured the attention of digitalprint.ie from Ireland, a supplier of digital printing equipment serving the Irish sign, print, and graphics industries.
During their visit to InkTec at Sign & Digital, the team from digitalprint.ie confirmed an order for the cutting-edge hybrid printer, which combines flatbed and 3.2m roll-to-roll functionality. InkTec describe the JETRIX XAR320-Hybrid as setting new standards for performance in the printing industry and say it is designed to deliver speed, quality, and versatility.

Featuring Konica Minolta Advance KM series printheads, the XAR320-Hybrid delivers faster performance than traditional single-head printers with speeds of up to 118 sqm/hour and offers resolutions up to 1440dpi. This UV-LED inkjet printer supports various roll media, including banners and window films, as well as rigid materials up to 50mm thick, such as glass.
John Noonan, Managing Director of digitalprint.ie, commented, “This partnership is a significant step forward in bringing advanced, versatile printing solutions to Ireland’s sign-making industry. We are familiar with the renowned build quality and technology of InkTec’s printers, and after seeing this new hybrid printer in action, we are incredibly proud to be trusted to represent JETRIX with it in Ireland.”
Julian Mennell, Head of JETRIX Sales, added, “We experienced tremendous interest at Sign & Digital in both of our new JETRIX printers – the XAR320-Hybrid and the LXa8. We are thrilled to have achieved our first European sale so soon after their launch. This milestone reflects the growing reputation of JETRIX printers and marks an exciting new chapter for InkTec.”
The JETRIX XAR320-Hybrid will soon be available for demonstrations at digitalprint.ie’s Dublin showroom. The showroom machine is expected to arrive in May.
