Elitron to show latest systems at Fespa 23

Elitron will demonstrate the power and versatility of its latest multi-function cutting system platform for all finishing requirements at Fespa 23

Elitron Kombo THC Conveyor Cutting System

For companies looking for a compact production system for sampling and short runs, or a more sophisticated system with two cutting heads and a conveyor for increased productivity, Elitron says it has you covered.

Full, pallet-to-pallet automation has also been taken to a new level and the roll-in roll-out, fully automatic Kombo TAV-R is now also available in the V2 version with side loading and unloading.

At Fespa 23 you can see the latest multi-function Spark cutting system in action on our stand.

Elitron’s Executive Director, Paolo Malatesta, says:

“The Spark C, compact conveyor cutting system is set to raise eyebrows as it masterfully cuts through materials to create displays, signs, gadgets, samples and much more.”

“The 3200mm WIDE format, Kombo SDC+ conveyor production system and will also be taking centre stage on Elitron’s stand (Hall B2 – Stand D-30) to let you see first-hand wide format continual productivity”, continues Malatesta.

Both systems will be demonstrating multi-tool cutting and milling, for roll materials and rigid sheets, and team Elitron on hand to talk you through the optional roll holders: The NEW, EFS, Elitron Feeding System and the NEW ESS, Elitron Stacking System for unloading.

Elitron’s complete platform also includes the NEW PMH, Protective Material Handling system, which ensures printed media is handled with the utmost care when being automatically loaded, to avoid any damage to the print. This system doesn’t drag sheets when loading, but sheets float from the loading stack to the working area, thus preventing any damage.

These multi-tool systems come fully equipped for all applications and materials and can be configured to suit individual production and automation requirements.

Eliton will also be demonstrating the patented, automatic vision technology, Seeker System, which identifies printed reference points and printed images from the top and underside, and automatically loads and aligns the relative cutting files.

There will also be a wide range of Elitron tooling options, including the DL45 tools for single pass 90° V-cutting for compact cardboard and honeycomb materials.
The powerful 3kW Milling Module, with the new, automatic 7-position Milling Tool Changer, for aluminium, plastics, foams, composite materials and more… has just been released and can be doubled up on the Kombo THC, the new conveyor cutting system with two cutting heads for a total of 14 Milling tools, all automatically interchangeable.

Elitron’s augmented reality, Stressless Working Technology, is ideal for immediate sampling, maximum material yield and minimum material waste and is certainly a must see at Fespa for those who are not familiar with this exclusive time-saving technology. This system projects digital dies directly onto materials for immediate cutting and milling and stressless working.

“In addition, we’ll also be updating Fespa visitors with the latest possibilities in terms of full, pallet-to-pallet, industrial cutting automation. From the automatic pallet-to-pallet Kombo TAV to the most sophisticated automation, let us guide you through the options available for an upgradeable workflow.”

Looking to reduce energy consumption both internally and for our customers, from 2023 all Elitron systems now come with the NEW EPMS, Elitron Power Management System which reduces energy consumption of its powerful vacuum, by up to 50%.
