Atech is the UK distributor for Elitron’s range of sign and display productivity solutions. At FESPA 24 they will be showing compact cutting for sampling and short-runs to large format, full automation, and the new loading and stacking systems to add automation as required.
Set to be unveiled is the multi-function Kombo SDC+ conveyor cutting system with the NEW Elitron Stacking System (ESS).
Elitron’s Executive Director, Paolo Malatesta says, “You’ll see first-hand how this optional unloading system boosts productivity and efficiency as it neatly stacks all cut sheets automatically. Handling times are greatly reduced, and less operator intervention is necessary, making this a sound investment to increase profitability.”
However, “If you’d like to see a more compact system in action, then Spark is set to raise eyebrows as it masterfully cuts through materials to create displays, signs, gadgets, samples and much more”, added Paolo.
Both systems will be demonstrating multi-tool cutting and milling for roll materials and rigid sheets, and the team will be on hand to talk you through the optional roll holders, including the NEW, EFS, Elitron Feeding Systems and the NEW ESS, Elitron Stacking Systems for unloading.
Elitron tooling options, including the DL45 tool for single pass 90° V-cutting for compact cardboard and honeycomb materials, the powerful 3kW Milling Module with automatic 7-position Tool Changer, for aluminium, plastics, foams, composite materials and more… will also be taking centre stage at Fespa.
To further boost productivity, Elitron will also be demonstrating their patented, automatic vision technology, Seeker System, which identifies printed reference points and printed images from both the top and underside and automatically loads and aligns the relative cutting files.
Elitron’s, Stressless Working Technology, is ideal for immediate sampling, maximum material yield and minimum material waste and is certainly a must see at Fespa for those who are not familiar with this exclusive time and material-saving technology.
Full, pallet-to-pallet automation has also been taken to a new level this year and we’ll be sharing a sneak preview of the NEW Kombo TAV that will be unveiled later in the year at Drupa.
