We continue our round up of what you can expect when the doors to Fespa 2025 open. Industry visionaries will be meeting in Berlin and there will be plenty to see as companies show their latest innovations to world.
Inkcups will present key solutions from its growing product portfolio in Hall 27, Booth A50, including the new ‘High Throw’ technology on the X5-T flatbed UV digital printer.
The High Throw enhancement increases the ink throw distance between the printhead and the substrate, enabling high-quality, accurate prints on contoured, rounded, slightly curved and irregularly shaped objects, such as mugs with handles, tiered drinkware, and sporting equipment. While the X5-T is already known for its ability to print on tall items (up to 500mm), High Throw enhances its performance further for complex applications in the promotional print space.
In addition to the X5-T High Throw, visitors to the Inkcups booth can also experience The Helix ONE® benchtop cylindrical printer, with which visitors have the opportunity to personalise artwork for their own takeaway cup, preview a 3D rendering in real time, and have their custom design printed live.
Also featured is the XJET Switch, direct-to-bag UV flatbed printer featuring new High-Speed White, which will be printing bright white images on a variety of coloured drawstring bags.
Sawgrass will formally debut the VersiFlex 3-in-1 decorating system on stand 2.2 – B58. Combining the best of sublimation, DTG, and DTF in a single, compact system, VersiFlex allows professionals to print on virtually any surface—from cotton and linen to ceramics, wood, metal, acrylic, and vinyl.
VersiFlex lets users print vibrant, high-definition designs on natural fabrics like cotton, linen, and denim, while also enabling durable transfers onto hard surfaces such as wood, ceramic, metal, and slate. It’s also compatible with heat transfer vinyl and traditional sublimation blanks. The patented VersiFlex process integrates four proprietary Sawgrass components: printers, VersiFlex inks, software, and transfer papers, such as VersiFlex Light self-weeding paper or TruePix sublimation paper.
Sun Chemical will present its portfolio of solutions for graphics, textiles, and industrial print applications, under the theme of ‘Experience. Transformation.’ on stand D40, Hall 1.2
Solutions on display will include new products in the graphics and textile space as well as Sun Chemical’s comprehensive portfolio of inks for diverse applications.
For the wide format market, Streamline Toccata is a new water-based ink designed for poster printing and corrugated display applications. Sun Chemical will also present a new UV ink technology for low viscosity printheads such as the Epson i3200.
FESPA 2025 marks the official market launch of Xennia Sapphire, a range of pigment inks for textile, designed to deliver bold colours and high resistance across diverse fabrics. Xennia Jade, a high-quality Direct-to-Film ink range with vibrant colours and high-opacity white, will also be displayed along with the ElvaJet sublimation inks.
