Lewis Evans, Director at Vivid Laminating Technologies, explains, “For nearly 40 years, Vivid Laminating Technologies has maintained the same aim – to add value beyond print. Vivid ensures their customers and partners achieve the most impressive print finishing results in the most cost- and time-effective manner. Vivid’s highly experienced team works closely with their customers and partners, ensuring that everything they develop advances their customers’ existing processes while making their lives easier and their businesses better.”

Veloton, proudly developed and manufactured in the UK, marks the latest innovation from Vivid. Lewis continues, “This patented technology is groundbreaking and will be one of the highlights at our stand. Not only will this be of interest to new users, but the Veloton is also retrofittable to any of our already installed Veloblade machines, including the Volta and Nexus systems.”

Furthermore, Vivid will present the Easymount Hybrid, a multi-patented laminator featuring innovative ‘hover’ technology for enhanced ease of use when mounting. This modular system, adaptable to specific requirements, combines a roll-fed laminator and a flatbed applicator, eliminating the need for separate systems and optimising space and cost savings. The laminator’s patented floating rollers ensure time efficiency and keep substrates in perfect condition.

Vivid will also showcase the VeloTaper, a fully automated flatbed taping system now compatible with both the VeloBlade Nexus and VeloBlade Volta. Additionally, Vivid will demonstrate enhancements in their Zip Core CAD packaging software, which is specifically designed to optimise every stage of packaging design.

“Veloton dramatically enhances cutting speeds, making them over ten times faster. This advancement extends digital cutting capabilities, making it even more efficient and productive for businesses of all scales,” concludes Lewis.
